Looks like it will be just right for a adventures young Buck! Looks like you have everything you need for a great camper rig.
I wouldn't trust my life to that carbon monoxide detector though. I would only cook with the windows open and not after partying to much. Now maybe you don't party, but lots of young folks do. On second thought I would only cook outside and perhaps use the small tanks and find a way to store them outside.
I am a little on the paranoid side but that tank inside your living and sleeping space would freak me out. If you want heat for the inside I would invest in a buddy heater that is made for what you need and has a automatic low oxygen shut off. I would also have a second carbon monoxide sensor, as well as a propane sensor. A good friend of my sons lost three of his friends to CO poisoning. On a house job site I was on some years ago, one worker was also killed by CO by running a small generator in the house. That CO sneaks up on you and you become confused and don't have the sense to get out.
But I am sure you have all ready discussed this at length. Just throwing in my 2 cents.
Great Rig and I envy you on your adventurers! Just make sure you don't wake up dead or in a explosion!
