Arizona is easy to title a home made trailer they only do an inspection to make sure that it has no vinyl numbers and isn't unsafe to use on the highway they issue a vin and affix it to the front of the trailer and issue you a tag if it is under 10.000 lbs gvw and isn't used commercially you can have a permanent tag
