I trust this comment wasn't directed towards me, but I will reply just in case. I don't mind that the US gave a LOAN to Chrysler or to Ford. The US government and its taxpayers (you and I) do collect interest on that money. I am 100% OPPOSED to the multi BILLION dollar bailout that was given to another company with no repayment of the principal let alone the fact that no interest was charged.
That is NOT American.
