Bully Dog or other brand diesel engine monitor

I recently bought my first diesel truck. A 2013 GMC 3500 ......I am wondering if I need to know the information that a monitor will give me. Isn't the gages on the truck enough information to safely...

Yep. This combination works well, is super cheap, and doesn't require any changes that would cause problems at the dealers.
