There are lots of brands offering it. Above is Open Range Roamer 310. Other brands are:
Kodiak, Outback, Primetime Lacrosse and Tracer, Jayco Eagle, etc.
Another option is the direct entry bathroom BH like this one. Again, I could find 30 brands offering something like it.
