Agree on taking a look at Park Models. The dealer will deliver and set it up for you and you're done. If you would need it moved later, a dealer would have to do it, but you'll have a lot more options over a TT.
We looked at Park Models for a possible move to FL and found a world of choices. One thing you'll want for that part of the country is for it to be bolted in and set in concrete or whatever they use for storms. TTs are lighter and not as secure.
