I have a 2012 Passport 3220BH. You can get them used in your price range. It has two slides. One in the bunkhouse and the large one in the living area. Same floor plan as the one you are looking at.
Loaded on the CAT scales for 5 days of camping, with a full water tank I was at 7380. Max capacity of the trailer is 7500lbs. I tow it with a 3/4 ton 6.0 Chevy gasser. It does fine.
