Check out rvwholesalers or others for pricing, can get do better new than what they are quoting you. The rockwoods with 3 fold out beds might work if you are ok with soft sided beds, plus will weigh less, the hybrid type.
My wife wont have anything to do with soft sides though. One thing you may run into in price is that the less you spend, generally they heavier they are...There are some bunkhouses like the PUMA series that can be had for low to mid teens, but they are stick built and heavier.
