I'm pretty sure you'd have no problems putting a truck camper on that pick-up truck, provided the car-carrier trailer can handle the weight. Legally, you're towing a single trailer with cargo on it.
BUT ... this configuration in your photo ... NOW THAT's MIND BOGGLING! I wonder if that's even legal? I wonder if U-Haul knew what his intent was with that truck and trailer? Probably not. They're pretty picky on what tows behind their trucks.
Buzzcut1, did you snap this photo? This is one I want to copy off and save! I'm speechless on that set-up, and I THOUGHT I'd seen it all!
