Ouch!
I'd be interested to see how that combination handled the hills - both up and down.
I assume the U-Haul trailer is only connected to the car trailer brakes and that the 5er isn't braked at all when configured like this.
I hope the truck is well tied down to the trailer - going up hill those tiedowns need to not only restrain the truck but the weight and drag of the 5er.
Plus what is the CoG of that car trailer - with the nose weight of the 5er on it - if the CoG of that trailer is behind the centre of the axles it might get pretty unstable - I certainly wouldn't want that combination snaking down the road towards me.
