A bigger issue might come from time constraints and needing to sell in a small amount of time, you might have to sell it cheap just to sell fast. Otherwise, it's a minor difference in value to do what you want to do.
Needing to sell it quick and with an Aussie accent. It's not gonna take someone long to work out that I'll be fairly desperate for the money before departing the country.
