I have to wonder why a twelve year old truck has such low mileage. Was it owned by an elderly person who either didn't drive much or became unable to? OTOH, did it spend too much time in the shop? Try to get an accurate history, Carfax helps but is not foolproof as not all damage is reported. Have it thoroughly inspected by a commpetent mechanic. However, if it is anywhere reasonably priced don't spend time agonizing. It will be gone, that is a very desireable truck. I am going to drive my 05 until thewheels fall off, best vehicle I have ever owned and there have been many.
