X2. Skip the 6.0 and 6.4L diesels. The 6.0 can be made good with lots of work, but it would have to be almost free, for all the extra work to cost less than simply not buying that diesel. I'd avoid any 6.4L over 100k miles. It's a fuel guzzler, and while it has far fewer problems than the 6.0, it has some very serious fatal flaws. The 6.7L is by far a much more reliable overall package, but if the fuel pump goes, that's a $10k+ repair.
For 5,000 miles a year, I'd look for a V10. You can pick up a reliable one for less than a 6.7L fuel pump job....
