The 6.7L is a much better engine than the other 2, especially when mated to the (newer) 6 speed automatic.
With any high mileage vehicle you have to assume it will need some serious maintenance work. Oil change, brakes (calipers and hoses?), shocks, ball joints etc. I would also include changing the coolant and automatic transmission fluid.
