My buddy has a 2014 and he says the same thing, guess they have fixed that! :) Good thing. I froze my butt off in my 2002 and my 2007 - except when we took it on road trips. After 20-30 min at highway speed it would warm up.
Yeah, I here ya. My 2005 is the same way. It won't get warm sitting still either. It is a lot better now that I have an idle up feature on it but in your temps it still probably wouldn't. It will actually cool off after running at full temp and then stop an idle.
My 2013 warms up great and stays warm but then again we don't see your temps. We only get to around 0* F but even that is rare.
If it wasn't for the constant shifting and high RPM I would be in a gas too.
