Given that most dealers make more money from service than sales, they tend to cultivate their customer base.

Obviously they have all the work they want at this time.

It also depends on who is asking. When I had my TT towed to a dealer, I was told it would be two months before they could look at it.

When I called the insurance company, I had an estimated in a week and the TT in my yard four weeks later. That included 2 weeks for parts delivery.
