If you have never been in it or a similar trailer, I'd suggest making it happen before plunking down cash.

In my experience, campers always look bigger in pictures.

If 6 hrs is too far, check on flights and a rental car for the day.

Schedule for a nice dinner while you're there, make it an adventure ;)

I would not either. Photos and videos are very deceiving. Make the drive, it will be worth it in the end. You will either be thrilled with it when you see it, in which case, you'll know what you are getting and can look forward to receiving yours. If you are disappointed with what you see, then it is money and sorrow saved in the long run.

As stated above, make a day of it and have fun. You will probably (eventually) be traveling much farther than 6 hours to go camping someday and think nothing of that distance.

If you are okay with picking the upholstery from a small picture, then I would say yes, with the following qualifications.

Make sure the salesperson does an extensive walk through with you and demonstrates all of the appliances including the water heater and furnace (Plan on staying long enough for the water heater to cycle through 2 heatings) BEFORE YOU SIGN THE PAPER WORK ! Test water, from both the city connection and fresh water tank as well was gray and black water valves.

If they won't do that, find another dealer.

If the TT does not come with a 2 year warranty push hard to have one added. Also press for a warranty on appliance to be the same as the TT.

A dealer will probably have some different models on the lot and you can see full size examples of the materials in them.

The closest dealer is Lazy Days and they have a couple of different models just not the 32a. Anyone work with Lazy days if so how did it go? There is another south of me it's a smaller dealership Boardman. Going where I get the best deal.

I guess if the 32a is configured just the way you want it, a trip over there would be my suggestion.

If the dealer in Longmont has something very close to what you want in that brand and model, maybe you can decide from that and order your trailer to be delivered to the local dealer.

In most cases I find it better to look at what I'll exactly be getting with big-ticket items. I'd hate to show up to close the deal and find a wheel is bent or some other issue.
