I got a great price on Nitto Terra Grappler tires from Americastire.com and it included mounting and lifetime balancing and rotation at a local tire store. When you order online you select the store location where you want to have the tires mounted. I drive 15 miles to the tire store every 5k miles to have the rotation and balancing done.
I replaced Firestone Transforce tires with the Nitto's to gain an extra 500 lbs. per tire of load capacity. The Firestone's were good tires in terms of handling, road noise, and tread wear.
I like the Nitto tires and with a very heavy load in the truck the handling is somewhat better than with the Firestone Transforce tires and they are a good fit for my 7.5" wide factory rims.
