Sounds like a good deal granted they were no prior major issues and all systems have demonstrated proper operation. If your are handy with tools, most towable RVs are fairly easy to work on. We've had our current rig over 9 years and it has never been back to the dealer, don't want to wait and don't trust their work over my own. Get on the roof and check/touch-up seams if you decide to go that route. If I have anything to say about it, our next RV will be a gently used creampuff with just a year or two of road time.
