Didn't know what to say, but after your comment of 'cleaning out'...
totally understand...been there done that after 34 years.
Everyone has their own details/metrics and am glad you are moving on
as that is part of the test & tempter of life...
Hope you can manage keeping the house. Was forced to liquidate and
split even my 401K/IRA/etc
Hope you continue to visit and comment...I enjoy your perspective(s)
