Keep the truck and RV and full-time it in a all-year park. Skirt it and winterize the trailer for winter RV'ing!
If not, make sure you get your half and she gets hers. Once the dust is settled, go buy new and maybe, possibly, if you're up for it, ensure you've got someone to camp with. (Wink, wink, nudge, nudge.)
