Congrats on the property!
As you said, go bigger than you think you need. Mine is 24' x 52'. It is deep enough, but I wish it was a little wider.
I would also make sure you do a 14' door in case you want to change to a 5er or a MH someday. My door is 14' x 20', custom made, and was around $5k.
