That's more wieght than you can legally stop!
Truck wirghs about 8000 lbs. Legally you can out 20k on rear axle, front around 12k. So 32k gvw legally. Assuming registered as such.
Now big question is, can you stop from 20 mph to 0 in iirc 25' or less. If not, you are red tagged for brake failure. Truck can not move under its own power. It will have to towed or carried to brake repair place. Or fixed on the side of the road.
Brake ticket is a moving violation. Over wieght is a non moving violation. One goes against driving record, gets turned into I durance company, other is a no problem, just like most parking tickets.
