Cable Slides over ride on Cross Roads Travel Trailer

I have a 2018 Cross Roads Grand Reserve 33SI. Not had any issues but wondering how to retract the slide if it gets stuck out?? I have the extension that came with it BUT, how do you reach the mechanis...
