Cable TV issues - are we doing something wrong?

We had the same thing happen to us. We just got our TT and stopped only once on our way home at a CG and couldn't get cable to work. Kept running a scan but couldn't get any more channels. Then my husband looked near the outlet where the cable jack was and there was a button. He pushed/flipped it, ran the scan again and we had all the offered cable channels.
