Calculated tow capability... Disappointed
So, in my search for the TT that the wife and I want, I've been diligently trying to calculate GVWR, GAWR, Traier capacity etc.. etc...I've read quite a bit, and I thought I would be okay with my tow ...

As a point of reference, I had no trouble towing a trailer that weighed 4,100 pounds loaded and wet with my Chevy 1500HD. This is bigger that a 1500 and smaller than a 2500.
When I loaded an ATV into the bed of the truck the rear sagged too much. I upgraded to a GMC 2500HD and that worked very well. I could probably tow a bigger trailer but the one I had was big enough.
