Calculated tow capability... Disappointed
So, in my search for the TT that the wife and I want, I've been diligently trying to calculate GVWR, GAWR, Traier capacity etc.. etc...I've read quite a bit, and I thought I would be okay with my tow ...

blt2ski.. Your first sentence gave me some hope, but I think your last sentence or two really brought it back home. Could I squeeze it, and make it work.. probably. Will I be happy, will I be outside a comfort zone, probably yes to that too.
"not too far out of whack, but heavier than I would want, none the less", pretty much sets the stage for me too.
We shall see. The last thing I want to do is have a horrible time towing to where I quit, or don't want to go. Just really didn't want to start all over. If I buy a different truck, I have the trailer picked out, so I guess that's a good thing.
