As already pointed out these are all 2013 vehicles. I believe the redesign was introduced on the 2013.5 RAM HDs.
As far as the Ford video, I would like to see the outside of the posters truck, something tells me he has over-sized tires and is posting a misleading video.
I specifically posted 3500 '13 trucks since they had the new suspension/frame setup. Here's some '14 truck too.
