Plus are not iridium but standard platinums. 41-983 plugs

Looks like low voltage caused possible by bad over heated at some time wires. Good set of high temperature wires not OEM.
I would not use AC plugs. NGK or Champion truck plugs. I would suggest checking the replacement plugs after about 10,000 miles. Replace closer to 15,000-20,000 miles.
