I think the guys here nailed this one down. Looks like detonation caused by heavier oil leakage into that particular cylinder, or by design issues with that cylinder involving air fuel ratio, cylinder cooling, position in the water jacket, partial blockage.... You might want to explore the issue before failure. Maybe starting with a cylinder leakdown test.
