A little anti-seize will help, too much could be an issue. The first couple of threads should not have any as it is inside the combustion chamber.
I would add some boot grease to both ends of the wires.
Inspect inside the coils. Many have a screw that will rust and cause issues. I used my Dremel tool to remove the rust so the wire will make better connection. The boot silicone will prevent or slow the corrosion.
