I use anti-seize on all my spark plugs...except for the 2 cycle jobs (line trimmer,
blower, etc)
Still think not the anti-seize, as it is metal filing filled and would leave a
different ash. Still think it looks like motor oil...
Here is a pic of my Sub's 2nd set after about 80K miles on the ODometer.
First OEM set took out at 50K miles. To see that much wear after only 30K
miles told me not worth it for those fancy Platinum plugs and went to
what I posted back a few pages...Plus about half of the ground electrodes
pucks were gone...couldn't have been good for the piston rings/cylinder walls
