Change them again at 20,000 and post a picture. Too much oil is getting into the combustion chamber.

If you can find an expert you might be able to pinpoint the issue and get another 100,000 miles on the rest but I think you could be looking for a new motor soon. If it is anything more than the PCV system, intake manifold or stem seals... I would be ordering a new long block or trading the vehicle. Too many miles to get value out of a valve job.
