Bedlam, maybe your friends just didn’t want to see you cry when it was time to leave the UP :D Ishpeming sure is way up there, JoeChiOhki, but if I make it that far I’ll definitely give Lawry’s a try. Well, FreeLanceing, I did get to see the OUTSIDE of the Whitefish Point Museum on our first trip to MI as we were there before it opened for the season. It would be nice to see the INSIDE for a change. Now I never think of a dish like pasties when I think of CA, jefe_4x4, but I guess a few miners DID find their way there some years ago :W I agree, Sherrifdoug, there’s nothing like good homestyle food after being far away from home for a spell. Now all I need is some smell-a-vision, rvten! Wowee! Wakefield is REALLY far up there BamaFire_Joe. But Helena AL is a lot closer so how about I just swing by your place after I leave from rvten’s :B
