I would say it depends on how often you want to load and unload.
I have electric jacks on my current popup, and I had them on the hardwall I owned before that.
I don't do a lot of loading or unloading. Currently, I put the camper on the truck in spring and take it off in fall. If I had to decide again, I would probably just get normal crank jacks and 2 electric drills. The electric jacks are pretty heavy, and I have had a fair share of problems with one of them recently - eventually I ended up hand-cranking, as the motor had seized.
If I was to load/unload more frequently, I would definitely go with the electric jacks.
