After owning a TC for many years I never understand why owners leave them up in the air??? The ground under the legs gets wet and the leg sinks in even with dunnage, the wind comes up, kids playing underneath it pulling on the jacks, an earth quake or two around here, etc.
If you want to leave it up higher, use four 55-gal drums or two stacks of pallets under it to take most of the weight with the jacks providing sideways stability.
Having watched a wrecker company upright a 45' van of chickens at the entrance going into Costco recently, it's amazing how well the air bags work. You not only have to raise the trailer, but you have to keep it from flopping over onto the other side. Other than the damage from the roll over, there was absolutely no further damage caused by the recovery. But as others have said, if you have insurance, let them make the decision.
