I have '99 f250, and a Lance squire lite 165. I noticed the same thing the camper seems to sit just alittle higher in the front. My SIL has a '01 f350 dually and his lance camper sits just alittle high in the front also.
Not sure why yet, but is one of the many things I have to figure out.
