You'll miss the natural beauty that you got your RV to start with in the first place.
With some conservation you should be able to boondock for 4 days at a time (at least) without having to dump or refill your fresh water.
Don't forget, most of the great National Parks lack full hookups, and their sections with full hookups do tend to look like parking lots.
Start reading the boondocking section of this forum!
