Interesting conversation here. Seems many of the suspicions I held regarding this type of job have been reflected by others on this subject.

If a truly decent living could be made at it (without some extreme luck and/or connections at least), I'd hand in my office keys tomorrow.
I won't post it since it was a PM but a forum member here confirmed as much; he loved the driving part but listed all the things to consider and at year's end, you're making about the same take-home as the young lady or fella who made the latte you bought this morning.
