I think list was 25K or so, we paid about 20. We got it from Mike Jones Motors in Hamersville OH and had a very favorable experience. Apparently he works with the factory on new options/improvements. For its small footprint and relatively light weight, it has about everything. TV/DVD, sound system, convection microwave, three-way fridge, AC that will run off our 2000 watt Honda generator and a surprisingly comfortable bed (better than our sleep number bed), wireless electric jacks, blackout package.
