There should be a tag some where with a VIN. If it's not to far away, it don't hurt to look. If you do, look for any stains around the wall/ceiling edges, windows, vents and any plumbing that you'll be able to see. One picture doesn't convey a lot of info. If possible take a uninvolved party with you, someone with camping experience or that's handy with fixing things. They might spot potential problems that you wouldn't think of. Example, the alum stone guard on the front could have been put there to protect, or added later to cover a problem.
I don't know what kind of project your thinking of doing but it doesn't look to be in bad shape, but looks can be deceiving. If you don't like or aren't will to fix any problems, walk away. Don't buy just because you aren't finding anything. Keep looking, you may not find canned ham but might have to settle for caviar when the right rig shows up.
