Can anyone tell me what kind of connection this is?
Can anyone tell me the name of this connection. I think it's a exterior speaker connection. If so what's the name so I can find a speaker that works. I've had no luck.

Usually those connectors are for line in / out on a hi-fi. E.g. to take the output directly from a CD player or similar. Not speaker connections from the amplifier.
At least that was always the case on hi-fi equipment. I don't know if anyone has re-purposed these connectors for speaker cables, but in my experience speaker cables have a different type of connector so as not to get them confused.
