Those are RCA jacks. Normally those are for line-level input/output. White and red are generally used as the left/right audio channels.
Line level signals will not drive a non-amplified speaker. You would need to hook them to some sort of amplifier before the speaker, if they are outputs.
It's hard to say what those are for. It doesn't make sense that they'd be line-level inputs, and it doesn't make sense that they'd be line-level outputs either... Why would you want to set up an amplifier outdoors? Why would you want to set up a stereo system outside to play on the speakers inside the camper?
