Should be good to go but you don't mention what/who you plan to carry in the 'burb while towing. I'd guess that you'd have about 1k of payload left after accounting for the hitch weight. If your passengers and stuff in the 'burb weigh less than 1k you will be fine. Add 8 full sized adults and you may have a problem.
