The problem with any newer gen 1500 Ram trucks regardless of engine size is those soft coil rear springs and a tiny 3900 RAWR. A crew cab or quad cab Ram may have a 2400-2500 lb rear axle weight which leaves around 1400 lbs.
A trailer that size can easily have 1200 lbs of hitch weight. Now add 100 lbs for a WD hitch and another 200 lbs for stuff in the back of the truck then a percentage of cab occupants. Your looking at a overloaded 1500 truck.
You would have to upgrade to higher rated wheels/D or E tires and much help for the rear suspension.
That trailer is better suited for a F150HD with a 7850 gvwr and bigger 4800 rawr/2400 lb payloads....or a gazz 3/4 ton truck.
