That trailer will be over 10,000 pounds loaded with hopefully over 1200 pounds of loaded TW, probably closer 1300 pounds.
So that will be over the Ram 1500 receiver, tow, and GCW ratings. Your most likely limit will be payload. 2112 mentioned looking at your as equipped payload. You are looking at It is a bunkhouse, so I assume you will be traveling with family in the cab with you. How much do you estimate your family weighs? Add another 200 pounds for various camping stuff in the truck bed. I've never seen any pickup roll into a campground with an empty bed. Payload - (Family + 200 pounds) would be your recommended loaded tongue weight. Multiply that by 7 to find a good dry weight range to stick to.
