The number circled is how much weight the truck can carry, its payload. The camper you are considering will have close to 1200lbs tongue weight. That means you have to carry that plus ~100lbs for the hitch before you put anything or anyone else in the truck. It will add up. Now, if you want to tow an empty camper with an empty truck, it may work.
