Maybe you could go back to the dealer who wouldn’t sell that other trailer to you and ask him to find you a suitable match for your truck.
Also do your best to understand what 2112 said above. Much more important than tow ratings.
You might also want to rethink the bunkhouse part. The thin walls on a trailer aren’t going to block much sound unless you install a lot of insulation.
