Can I upgrade my wheels?

I think you miss typed the tire size. I think it's 185/80/13. not listed on my tire size app.
if so then you can use these tire sizes with % difference. these are the sizes that are recommended replacement sizes that are safe to use according to my automotive tire size app. but is for keeping mph close. you could possibly go a bit bigger if you have room since the speedo isnt a factor.

185/75/14 1.1 big
185/70/14 1.9 small
195/70/14 0.4 big
195/65/14 2.7 small
205/70/14 2.6 big
205/65/14 0.7 small
215/65/14 1.4 big
215/60/14 2.0 small

185/70/15 2.2 big
185/65/15 0.8 small
195/65/15 1.3 big
195/60/15 1.8 small
205/60/15 2 big
-215/55/15 1.4 small

just remember that you should check and adjust you WDH if going with smaller/bigger tires.

don't forget to make changes to spare tire also.

A 205-75-14 will take away 1/2" of clearance.
If you have 3-4" clear now, I'd say small 14s in the 195-205 size would likely be fine if you want to upgrade to a rim size with many more heavy tire options.

If they are the Carlisle HD radials speed rated to 81 mph, that would be best choice. They are new style, with nylon wrap, which holds them together, and are cooler running. Have you checked on the new style Provider tire, which was first to be nylon wrapped, higher speed rated, and has built a good rep over the last 8-9 years?

I can't find either Goodyear or Maxxis in my size in a load range D. So I can run a Carlisle radial in load range D or I can get Kenda Loadstar bias ply in load range D.

Any opinions on either of these two?

Sometimes you can flip the axles or a add a leaf to make room for larger wheels. Good luck.

I couldn't find a max pressure rating on my rims but saw some other information such as random numbers and rim size.

Currently, I have 4" between my wheels in the middle and 3" from the fender wells so I'll be sticking with my current size. I am assuming my rims are rated to at least 65 psi so I will stepping it up to a load range D and going with either the Goodyear Marathons or a Maxxis tire.

I also have 13". I found 2 sizes available in Maxxis 8008's. Mine were the smaller size, I bought the larger size ( I think it was 180 to 190 ) and picked up about 70 lbs capacity per tire. Outside size variations almost imperceptible, just slightly wider footprint.

If you stay with the same size your only real concern is the rim rating for tire pressure. The "D's" will have a higher max pressure than your current tires do. As long as the rim is rated for that pressure you should be fine. My rims were stamped with a max pressure on the back side.

Can't find any Goodyear Endurance in my size. I will go out tomorrow and get some measurements and see what I am working with.

I am having my 14"tires replaced using Goodyear Endurance, made in the US ST tires. I have not found any negative reports yet.
