Can it tow it? Yes, at least for a while. Will it be a white knuckle experience? More than likely. Will it be driven on flat roads? Then probably not much of a problem. Will you have to go up and down some hills, then maybe not as well as you would want. Will you have to go over some mountains? You will definitely be wishing for a bigger truck with much more....everything.
I know that's not what you or she wants to hear, but that's just the way the ball bounces. I'm sure if you ask the salesman, you will be told that your truck will pull most anything on their lot.
While that is a nice truck, it's not really built to pull a larger RV, which at that length and weight, is a good size RV. That's also an older truck at 12 years old, so it would probably put more stress on it than it would a new one. So, my advice is to be looking for a larger, beefier truck to go with that new camper. It's only money!!:B
